Overnight Guest Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Lilac Resort.
Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, clean, and family-friendly environment for all guests to enjoy.
Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully before your stay. All guests will be required to acknowledge these policies upon arrival.
🏕 Rates & Occupancy
- Rental Unit (lodges & cabins) and Campsite (RV & tent) rates include up to 2 guests
- Additional guest fees apply
- Children 3 years of age and under stay free
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests per site or rental unit
- Maximum of 2 four-person tents per campsite
📅 Reservation Requirements
Minimum Stay Requirements
- Weekends (Friday & Saturday): 2-night minimum stay
- Holiday Weekends: 3-night minimum stay
- No reservations may begin on:
- Saturdays
- Holiday Sundays
- No minimum stay requirement for weekdays
Age Requirement
Reservations are not accepted from individuals under 18 years of age.
🍂 Shoulder Season Information
Reservations during May, September, and October are considered shoulder season bookings.
During these months:
- Some amenities and services may be limited due to weather conditions
- Rates are adjusted accordingly
We recommend contacting our office at 1-204-422-5760 to confirm available amenities before booking.
💳 Payments & Deposits
Reservations may be made:
- Online
- By phone
- In person at our registration office
Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- Visa and MasterCard accepted
- Reservation confirmations are sent by email after payment is processed
🔒 Security Deposits
Lilac Resort is a family-oriented resort. To help protect our facilities and ensure all guests enjoy a respectful environment, a security deposit is required at check-in.
Deposits are processed as a pre-authorization on your credit card and released after departure inspection.
🏡 Lodges & Cabins
Security Deposit
An $800 pre-authorized deposit is required at check-in.
Guests Are Responsible For
- Damages
- Missing items
- Excessive cleaning
- Noise disturbances
Examples include:
- Towels
- Remote controls
- Bedding
- Dishes & cutlery
- Furniture or fixtures
Deposit Release
The pre-authorization will be released within 24 hours after departure provided:
- No damages are found
- No excessive cleaning is required
- No disturbance complaints are received
🔥 Campsites
Security Deposit
A $500 pre-authorized deposit is required at check-in.
Guests Are Responsible For
- Leaving the site clean and tidy
- Removing all garbage
- Damage to resort property
- Noise disturbances
Examples include:
- Picnic tables
- Fire pits
- Site signs
- Trees or underbrush
Deposit Release
The pre-authorization will be released within 24 hours after departure provided:
- No damages are found
- No excessive cleaning is required
- No disturbance complaints are received
⚠ Declined Pre-Authorization
If the required pre-authorization cannot be processed, a cash security deposit will be required at check-in.
Cash deposits will be returned after inspection confirms the site or unit has been left in an acceptable condition.
👥 Guests Under 25 Years of Age
Guests under 25 years of age are subject to an additional $200 security deposit per person.
Please contact our reservation team in advance if alternate payment arrangements are required.
🔊 Damage, Disturbance & Resort Rules
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are in effect daily from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
During this time, guests are expected to keep noise levels respectful of neighbouring campsites and rental units. Excessive noise, vulgar behaviour, intoxication, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
To ensure all guests enjoy their stay, registered guests are financially responsible for:
- Damage to resort property
- Excessive cleaning charges
- Guest disturbances
- Violations of resort policies
Lilac Resort reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund for:
- Excessive noise
- Unsafe behaviour
- Property damage
- Violations of resort rules
❌ Cancellation Policy
All cancellations, reservation changes, or transfers are subject to a $20 service fee per site, lodge, or cabin.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For
- Evictions
- Late arrivals
- Early departures
🏡 Lodges & Cabins Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or date changes must be received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled 3:00 PM check-in time to qualify for a refund.
🏕 Campsite Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or date changes must be received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled 3:00 PM check-in time to qualify for a refund.
