Lilac Resort is a summer vacation destination and seasonal RV community committed to 100% guest satisfaction, open from May to October. Lilac Resort can welcome over 1,000 guests on a hot summer day. Each and every one of our guests deserves exceptional service from the moment they make a reservation until they leave the resort.

This first class destination RV, Water Park and Lodging Resort depends on its team members to provide a safe, courteous and friendly experience to all of our guests, so they will visit again and again. Team members follow standard operational procedures so guests always receive exceptional quality and service. Our team members rely on teamwork and high energy to get the job done. Training will provide you with all the skills you’ll need to perform your job. Our team members are expected to report to work 15 minutes early, neat, clean and in uniform. We also depend on all Team Members to be in sales and service, which means everyone is responsible for keeping our resort safe, clean, friendly and fun.

  • Front Desk/Store (Minimum 17 years of age): Reception; Reservations; Registration; Customer Service; Administrative Duties; Stock Shelves; Fold Clothing; Office Clean Up
  • Night Clerk/Maintenance (Valid Standard First Aid – Minimum 18 years of age, 8 pm to 6 am): Registration; Customer Service; Monitor Surveillance Cameras & Points of Access; Enforce Resort Rules & Regulations; Administer First Aid; Grounds & Restroom Clean Up
  • Security Guard (Valid Manitoba Security Guard License & Standard First Aid – Minimum 18 years of age, Work hours 8 pm to 6 am): Enforce Resort Rules & Regulations; Vehicle & Foot Patrol; Monitor Surveillance Cameras & Points of Access; Administer First Aid; Grounds & Restroom Clean Up
  • Maintenance/Groundskeeper (Minimum 16 years of age): Grounds, Campsite & Restroom Clean up; Landscaping; Lawn & Tree Care; Garbage Removal; Accommodations, Outbuildings & Recreational Facility Repairs; Light Construction
  • Housekeeping (Minimum 16 years of age): Clean up of Accommodations, Restrooms & Outbuildings; Linen Laundry; Restocking Restroom Supplies; Light Groundskeeping
  • Concession (Minimum 15 years of age): Food Order Counter; Cashier; Ice Cream Server; Restocking; Clean Up
  • Short Order Cook (Minimum 16 years of age): Cooking a Variety of Fast-Food Items in a Fast-Paced Environment; Restocking; Clean Up

  • Tiki Juice Bar (Minimum 18 years of age): Prepare & Serve a Variety of Fast Food & Beverage Items; Cashier, Restocking; Clean Up 
  • Lifeguards (Valid National Lifeguard & Standard First Aid – Minimum 16 years of age): Enforce Water Park Rules; Administer First Aid; Pool Water Testing & Maintenance; Pool Deck, Pool Furniture & Restroom Clean Up
  • Pool/Waterslide Attendants (Valid Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross & Standard First Aid – Minimum 15 years of age): Enforce Water Park Rules; Administer First Aid; Pool Water Testing & Maintenance; Pool Deck, Pool Furniture & Restroom Clean Up
  • Activity Directors/FunMakers (Minimum 15 years of age): Organize Games & Activities; Dress & Perform as a Mascot; Pool Deck, Pool Furniture & Restroom Clean Up
  • Parts & Supply Runner (Valid Driver’s License – Minimum 18 years of age): Picking Up Parts & Supplies at Various Suppliers Located in Southeast Manitoba & Winnipeg; Various Administrative & Maintenance Duties

Eligibility

We will not consider applicants 14 years of age or younger. Applicants 15 years of age must complete a Young Worker Readiness Certificate Course. This certification is required before being considered for an interview.
